Use a registry editor (PHM editor)
- Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings]
- Change value of "SMSNoSentMsg" to '1' (Disable SMS Sent Bubble)
- Change value of "SMSNoSentMsg" to '0' (Enable SMS Sent Bubble)
- Soft reset your phone
