◇◆ Energizer Trim Flex LED ◆◇

Posted by iTorque in ,

Just bought a book light for my Sony Digital book reader…

===> Energizer Trim Flex Led at NTUC at S$16.20….

stated on its packaging:

  • 30 hour run time between battery changes.
  • Powered by two replaceable 2032 lithium batteries.
  • Lifetime Warranty.

Batteries are included and installed so can be used immediately once out of package

trimflex

It has a build-in big clip for you to clip onto the digital book reader for stable positioning,

however, feel the clip abit stiff, would be better if it’s easiler to depress

there is an LED behind diffusing window, to be switch ON or OFF by a slide switch

It has a flexible neck that you can adjust (by bending it) to put light to where you need

however, feel that the flexible neck quite filmsy, like going to break easily

As for reading wise, the light intensity is just nice, good for reading in dim light or when in total darkness…..

when in dim light…

when in total darkness…

inside_ION

Basement 1 are those sub-range boutique like Armani Exchange, Bebe, Camper, Calvin klein Jeans etc

While Basement 2 to 4 are more affortable range boutique & eating like Mango, G2000, Burger Kings, BALIthai, Dunkin’ Donuts, etc

The Louis Vuitton (LV)  store at 1st & 2nd floor is the largest outlet in Singapore Southeast Asia…….

The LV outlet at Takashimaya still have people patroning it but very obvious that most been attracted to quene there at ION

ION_LV_2

ION orchard is grand & location is good for MRT taker as just out from Orchard MRT at Basement 2 will link straight to ION. It also have elevators that can link people straight to two levels but somehow its structure abit “messy” to Non-MRT takers, as we feel mis-orientated & have to figure out the way to get back to its entrance to go back….hee

Blk 85 Feng Shan Centre (凤山中心)

Bedok Blk 85 Feng Shan Centre is one of the place we usually go for dinner. We like to eat the Bar chor mee, BBQ chicken wings, stingray & Samba Sotong there. If already midnite & no place to eat, can consider go eat Bar chor mee as one of the Bar chor Mee stall open til as late as 3am

There are two Bar Chor Mee stalls just beside each other. Both are equally popular & long quene but we usually order from the stall located inner one called Xin Ji Rou Cuo Mian(興記肉脞面) which only sells soup type Vs the other stall which sell both soup & dried type

Bar chor mee Stal_xing Ji rou cuo mianl

Address : Blk 85 Bedok North St 4 #01-07

The ingredient of the Bar Chor mee is just minced pork & meat balls but soup is quite nice to drink with the sliced chilli.

price: $2.50, $3, but we normally order $3 as feel the $2.50 portion is abit little for us to get full. (but may suit some small eater girls)

BBQ chicken wings is another yummy food we like to order, there are quite a few BBQ chicken wing stalls there but heard the one nearer to the Chan BBQ one nicer…below is one of the stall we order the BBQ chicken wing from another stall

SIN Bedok North BBQ Chicken wings (鑫勿絡北烤鸡翅)

Address : Blk 85 Bedok North St 4 #01-02

price: $1.10 per chicken wing…..

Chan BBQ is another famous stall there…

Address : Blk 85 Bedok North St 4 #01-258

Stingray are one of the popular dish & quite tasty but feel it’s abit too spicy  for us (Need drink to accompanied us while eating it)

cost : $10, $12, we order a $10 one as below:

stingray

Samba Sotong is great, not too spicy & the meat is tender, especially like the egg in the gravy, taste great, just like egg in the chilli crab gravy that I like! :p

cost : $6, $8, $10, we order a $6 as below:

Samba sotong

Glad she get it on time coz now iphone 3GS is out of stock, now her “i ♥ iPhone” accompany her everyday through her long journey to work where she can play games, surf net, read email, on her fav MSN & sms.

I’ve also used iphone 2G before & enjoying using due to its features & elegant design but too bad it had “rest in peace” after a major hard fall due to “unforeseen incident” :(

But iphone is not popular in Japan as their mobile phone design also damn fanciful, stylish with great applications, but too bad can’t use in Singapore as our telecom network don’t support it else I’ll “冲”for it (provided at price I can affort ) hee….

Just went watch  Harry Porter & the Half-Blood Princeon last Sat (18 July ‘09), this movie is even more popular than Transformer: the Revenge of Fallen!!! By last Thu, all the Thu & Fri tickets almost fully taken. When specially went down to buy the ticket last Thu morning, only managed to get fav couple seat (last two rows centre) at Downtown East on Sat 11pm. In order to view this great film in the biggest cinema with good siting position we deserved, we have to patiently wait & bear for one more day….

**************************************************************************************************************

In Harry Porter & the Half-Blood Prince』, Professor Dumbledore want Harry Porter to get close to Professor Horace Slughorn ( which Professor Dumbledore has convinced him to go back Hogwarts to teach Potions class) to find out which Dark art Tom Riddle (Voldemort’s name while student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry ) had approached Professor Slughorn about. Harry Porter managed to find out Riddle was seeking information on Horcruxes (devices that store a portion of the creator's soul to allow them to be immortal unless the items are destroyed) and mentioned about splitting souls into seven Horcruxes created….

Dumbledore recognizes that Riddle’s diary (Harry Porter destroyed it when the dairy had possessed Ginny during Harry Porter & the Chamber of Secrets ) & Marvolo Gaunt ring (Dumbledore destroyed it when he found it during summer break between events of Order of the PhoenxHalf-Blood Prince) are two of the seven Horcruxes Tom Riddle had created & they must track down to destroy them to make Voldemort mortal

Dumbledore with Harry Porter assistance managed to get the third Horcruxes …

Severus Snape seems to be “specially assigned by Dumbledore” to act as spy by purposely have an unbreakable vow with Draco Malfoy’s mother, Narcissa to protect Draco to complete task (task assigned by Voldemort to Draco) of assassination of Dumbledore

Dumbledore has also instructed Professor Severus Snape (which is the “Half-Blood prince) to kill him on the day Draco about to kill him…

Dumbledore died & Harry Porter realised the third Horcrux they got was a fake, containing a message from an "R.A.B." that stated he had already taken it….

Harry Porter journey to track & destroyed the remaining five Horcruxes continues ….

& so is our “chase” for Harry Porter movie continues….hee
