Me & my two sis dropby this Ambush Fast Casual European Dining located at basement 2 Takashimaya foodcourt after shopping around to rest our tired legs & have a drink…

Two stalls under same boss, one with name “Ambush” as shown below sells foods such as spagetti, salad etc

another stall opposite  with name “Swiss German Sausage bar” sells all types of sausage eg Beer sausage, Spicy pork, BBQ Hunter, French Chicken Garlic etc

All three of us try different drink, namely,

Pearl of Orient

Chamomile

Morrocan Mint

Pearl of Orient taste the best, Chamomile taste quite alright, haha as for Morrocan Mint feel its taste exactly like those peppermint chewing gum….

We also try its salmon salad ( finished within a short while as taste yummy specially love its salad sauce:honey mustand dressing, taste great! )

sausage platter:sauerkraut(咸菜), potato & sausage~ all taste great as well, specially like the “potato prata”(duNo the actual name for this fried shredded potato)
